Hello, there is no harm in taking shilajit and aswhagandha for life time as they ar rasayanas or rejuvinators, so you can take those regularly.
for long term usage, dosage should be minimum like if you are using in capsule form, it should be once per day.

although its difficult to achieve pregnancy at this time but you may certainly go for panchkarma procedures like Uttar basti with other basti as these will stimulate the Uterus
